Additional Details
- Fees are calculated monthly (based on average daily balances) and automatically withdrawn from accounts.
- Management fees charged to non-registered/taxable accounts can generally be deducted on your income tax return.
- Fees are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other taxes which may be applicable.
- The fee schedule may be amended by High Level Wealth Management with 60 days notice.
- Ideally we could work with clients at all stages of life, but our comprehensive wealth management approach involves a significant amount of work for each client.
- Given our small firm size and finite time capacity, households must commit to investing at least $250,000 with High Level Wealth Management in order to begin an engagement.
- Should invested assets subsequently fall below $250,000 a minimum monthly fee will apply.
- Managed accounts invest in ETFs, which each charge their own fund management fees, fund operating expenses, and other fund costs, inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- ETF-related fees will vary depending on the ETFs held in your account, but are typically between 0.10%-0.25% per year.
- ETF-related fees are deducted from an ETF’s assets so you will not see these charges on your account statements. Instead, ETF-related fees are reflected in your account by a corresponding reduction to the return earned by an ETF.
- When converting between Canadian dollars and another currency, the custodian applies a fee to the exchange rate.
- The custodian may charge additional fees for certain administrative services (e.g. wire transfer payments or transferring your accounts to other institutions). A schedule of these administrative fees is available upon request.
