Ritchie Mill
 We now have a dedicated meeting space in the Ritchie Mill, located in the Strathcona neighbourhood. We think this offers a more relaxed environment than what you typically find in a large office tower or bank branch. Originally built as a flour mill in 1892, the Ritchie Mill now operates as an office building for a variety of professionals. The building is situated along Saskatchewan Drive near Gateway Boulevard, within walking distance of Whyte Avenue and several transit routes. There is also abundant free parking available on-site.
Building Access
 Public access to the Ritchie Mill is restricted at all times so your advisor will need to let you in to the building. When you arrive, follow the signs for the Main Lobby, walk up the exterior stairs, and use the intercom to dial 8088. Your advisor will buzz you in to the building and meet you inside the front entry.
Parking
 Free parking is available in the large surface lot located directly West of the Ritchie Mill. There is also free street parking along Tommy Banks Way – the road between the Ritchie Mill and the parking lot – but street parking is limited to 1 or 2 hours (depending on the signage) so it is recommended that you use the parking lot for most appointments.
Barrier-Free Access
 The main entrance to the Ritchie Mill has an exterior staircase (11 steps). If stairs pose a challenge or you require barrier-free access to the building, please contact your advisor for information about an alternate entrance.
